    systemd-udev-settle.service is the main factor which slows the booting down. Since I have been using LVM, I cannot turn it off. Is this a bug from kernel? It was ok earlier.

    I don't think my LVM Volume Groups are encrypted. Maybe I need to do the following before running any commands in chroot:
