    The only problem with RAID solution is that I can't dual boot this way. Windows can't boot when set to RAID.

    saru411: It's been a while since I used a machine running lilo but as I remember it there is a file called /etc/lilo.conf which you should edit and afterwards run "lilo" to update lilo.
