Response on Cedega Forums is rather slow, so I figured I'd post this here to see if some of you could help.
It runs max frame rate on Windows, at 1024x768.

Instead of using localhost (127.0.0.1) in your hosts file, use 0.0.0.0, it should remove that loopback effect and alleviate the timeout-lag.
