    I mean when you change master volume it doesn't change volume at all. But if you change applications level - yes, it works. My card is E-MU 0202 USB

    Well, I play CoD: United Offensive with colegues on LAN, and it works like a charm on WINE. But for GTA4 I installed Windows 7. I hope that I finished the game before Windows 7 become expired.;)

    I can confirm this problem. I have a USB hub in Dell 2007 WFP. I can detect iPOd in two cases:

    1) when it was connected at the PC sturtup
    2) when I connect it directly to PC, not to hub

    By the way, I have found that problem with window titlebar is connected with new NVidia drivers and Compiz. So I surely need to get standard "nvidia" driver, not Envy....

    Yes, I did it by Synaptic. The thing that I found weird is why "nv" does't work too. Only Vesa. And why System > Administration > Hardware Drivers is empty.

    When I uninstalled Envy drivers, System > Administration > Hardware Drivers show NO any drivers at all. Before I install Envy everything was correct.
