It appears you have some unused packages. Try this:

sudo apt-get autoremove

Then attempt the same:

sudo apt-get -f install

That is odd, you shouldn't get dependencies issues while installing tasksel.

You seem to have some dependency problems here. Have you already installed a lamp-stack? It is required to be installed before phpmyadmin.
