    I do that and get ĉ. AltGr-; gives me the dead acute, but on c it gives me a cedilla.

    I can't get deadacute-c to become ć. The file /usr/share/X11/locale/en_US.UTF-8/Compose says that it should be, but I'm always getting out of the key combination, and it's really annoying to type...
