    Re: Custom Compiz color filter

    Very cool! Thanks for sharing.

How did you figure out how to write it, though? I haven't found any documentation on the scripting language.

    Re: Missing "QImageBlitz.cmake"

I believe you can get around that error by including KDE in your CMakeLists.txt like so:

    find_package(KDE4 REQUIRED)

Let me know if that works out for you!

Ya que tienes GRUB2, haz tratado de utilizar update-grub desde una terminal dentro de un LiveCD?

Thanks to cdekter for such an awesome program! I have been using snippits for a good while, but Autokey will most likely take over those duties from now on.

    Question: Why doesn't the following...

Re: HOWTO Fix A Buggy DSDT File

I just tried fixing this under an updated 9.10 installation before I saw the warning on the OP... Is there no longer a way to fix it by myself?

BTW, where should I file a bug report?

  10. Re: Announcing easystroke, a gesture recognition app

I just tried replicating the error and easystroke was able to grab just fine! So I guess this crash doesn't happen every single time. I promise to attach the log as soon as it crashes again.
  11. Re: Announcing easystroke, a gesture recognition app

The reason why you see the two Logitech devices is probably due to the fact that I have two separate receivers: one for my wireless keyboard and a separate one for the mouse. One receiver is supposed...
  12. Re: Announcing easystroke, a gesture recognition app

I just tried adding an application and X crashed:

  13. Re: HOWTO: Snippits for desktop-wide text replacement power!

Here's a way to use a dialog for creating new snippits on the fly using kdialog (and optionally xbindkeys):

  15. [ubuntu] Re: Ubuntu Netbook Remix User Experience (and hints for eeepc 701)

The fix works for me unless I switch users, then it gets actually worse (slower and choppier) than before. It will return to normal once I return to the user that was logged on first.

    I also...
  16. [ubuntu] Re: drives in the "places" left bar of nautilus

I also have this problem since I upgraded to Ibex. Any advice on how to remove the extra icon that I have would be great.

BTW, I have a dmraid setup as well, in case that helps. ):P
