The thing is that's not really Ubuntus' fault. Submit a report to Adobe, they're the ones who decide what apps are made available to what OS.
I really hope they don't start their own cellular service. Don't get me wrong, Google creates top-notch products, but they are getting a bit too big for my liking.

Try selecting a random server from your country instead of using "Select Best Server".

The Cowon S9 doesn't have an expansion slot (which sucks). If you really need the expansion slot then the Cowon D2+ would be an excellent choice.

Same here. There many Linux video editors out there, but most are very buggy and unstable. Hopefully VLMC does well so we can have at least one decent video player out there.
For those who haven't heard, the creators of VLC Media Player are going to release a video editor by the name of VideoLAN Movie Creator.
It seems a good match for you would be Midori. It's my favorite browser.
