Uhm I know what all of those things are?
Thats what I was pointing out. That the users are ignorant. Calm down.
How is it unfair? I don't think it is in anyway surpising or false. Sure, theres a good amount of enthusiests, but the number of people ignorant towards computers outwieghs that margin by a long shot.
Because 95% of windows users think the screen of a computer is called the cpu and the box is called the server?
Another point, 95% of windows users would be clueless towards trouble shooting their issues so why would they search for it? They'd call dell or whoever manufactored their machine.
the 8600 will acheive framrates at least 15 times as good at the intel intergrated chip.
Impractical? The sky background isnt gonna match your desktop either. *barf*

What exactly are you looking for? You need to buy a lot of extra crap with the archos, and the ipod touch isnt spectacular. The new Cowon Q5W is far superior to both if your looking for a touch based...
Tried RC1+RC2, not impressed at all. It'll probably be better once distributions are built around it and 4.1 is released, right now it just seems liek a buggy, unfinished mess.
kdemod for arch is a lot better. I tried KDE4 RC2 and was not impressed the slightest.
When I started playing CS a long time ago, I needed a stable server and windows ME obviously wasn't a shining server platform, so I threw debian on there. About 6 months later I made the swich on all...
They should make Ubuntu Home and Ubuntu Pro/Busniess =P
It uses gecko just like firefoxso the flash, java, and other video players work in epiphany as well.
Because more people are used to firefox. I like epiphany a lot better too and I've been using it exclusively for a while.

for gaming, it doesn't matter. As long as its dual core, you shouldnt be cpu limited. Just get a beefy graphics card. If your going for an intel chip at least shoot for a C2D.
Debian, a while ago. Around 2002. Haven't stoped using it sense.
I voted "No. We shouldn't encourage people to get iPods." Mostly because Apple acts like a monopoly in the MP3 player market.
epiphany > opera.
Mmm, I've never had major compatibility issues in Linux on any hardware, except some exotic stuff like wireless cards and MTP devices. I've been using it for several years too.
Both, I really don't understand why athletes making millions of dollars for them, and I don't understand why people flock to see this. It just seems a little silly to me, sure maybe it's something to...
None, I don't really understand the concept of sports? They seem like a major waste of time to me.
