    Any repos for updating the kernel?

    hi,i wonder if there are any repositories for where i can keep my kernel "up-to-date" without compiling it myself.

    i know one but it is for debian and i really doubt it will be compatible with...

    why don't you try building from source or use alien and convert a .deb fail from .rpm(here will have the problem with dependencies).

    every mirror outside Bulgaria is counted as international download rate.

    The problem is that i don't live in a big city(Sofia,Plovdiv etc.)There the speed goes rather fast(200 kb/sec and above).

    actually there is an:
    bg.archive.ubuntu.com (bg=Bulgaria)
    but my download speed from that repo is as if it's outside Bulgaria(again 4-6kb/sec).

    I may give the debain repositories chance.

    think about including these applications:

    kleansweep
    yakuake
    krusader
    clamav(with some GUI)
    kiso(making .iso files very easy to mount,work ,etc.)
