    One thing that's annoying me is that after 16.10 -> 18.04 upgrade I can't "super + '+'/'-'" to zoom in and out.This is a pretty important feature for me.How can I get this back?

    OK. I apt-get upgraded and the login page now works. But when I log in, the screen goes black and it hangs OR it kicks me back to the login page.

    The System Time updated, so it isn't frozen. But no mouse/ keyboard input is taken. When booting upthe arrow keys certainly work - I can hit left/ right to change from bootlogo to whatever you call...

    To be honest, my expectation is that it's an issue of drivers. Perhaps my old GPU was a better fit for them by virtue of being an older model.

    PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/etc/apt/sources.list.d/google-chrome.list'
