    Unfortunately multiplayer does not work in the 1.9 beta's it works in version 1.8.6 but it does not work in linux

    You need to set the locale to Korean
    I myself have no Idea how to do that.

    But you can get Korean to show up if you switch the language of ubuntu to Korean
