@zemzor - that's cool, does it also make multitouch working with 9.04? I'm planning to get a 1000HE and it will be worth nothing without ubuntu :)
Did anyone yet get the wireless Xpad360 working under gutsy? I tried the installation instructions from the post before mine but that doesn't seem to work.

sound stupid but i don't gess jabbin will ever get out of beta - it doesn't even really move. I recently stepped through the devel-stuff in pidgin at it looks like jingle audio will get on the plan...

got my new computer today and instsalled WinXP first which went well. After that i tried to install Gutsy Beta with a live-dvd image that already worked for a server install. I checked...
Thought i shouls step by again and watch the thread what's going on. Probably the lack in good jabber tools (with jingle audio/video) is just because nobody is interested in independent IM with VoIP...
Any news on that?
I found a solution for Ruby - perhaps someone is able to adept it for php?

i also didn't have success with jabbin so far. It seems like it doesn't use ALSA for the sounds. Jabbin unfortunately is also kinda stuck in development.

i nearly got the same problem than chrido64 has.
I alread had the same connection problem with the fwcutter version yesterday. Everything seems to be fine except the connection part. Wlan is okay...
i got the usb2 running with a hand baken 2.6.19.2 kernel (drivers are included). unfortunately there's no VBI support with this driver and so noch channel scan is possible.
any ideas about that?
