Thanks Stinger, I didn't see that. I would suggest the full info is put in, especially for new users, e.g.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:rye/ubuntuone-extras
sudo apt-get install indicator-ubuntuone...
Running Luna now on an old laptap, It's very fast, clean and simple compared to ubuntu. Interesting mix of stripped down but user friendly. Will definitely be giving it a longer trial. Just have to...
I install Lubuntu 12.10 on a G5 mac and when it boots it gives a "pixel clock comparison table not found" message. Wondering if this is an easy fix. I presume I need to boot into a terminal to fix...
There was a user who challenged himself to this a few years ago and did a diary in the community forum. His user name was something like Psychokilla, I forget exactly what it was.
Makes me feel proud that I used the same printer for seven years. At the end it just printed random noise no matter what reset/fixes I did.
You can get a copy of the movie for just $1. I liked the shorts coming out of the blender project. They have a change in story telling as well as the tools of creation.

What bash command would search through a folder with multiple folders and extract *.ttf to a single folder?
That proves my point, as does the graphic in the press release. There may have been more to do since the project was inherited over a fresh start. However with the tons of dead code that the LO team...

Brian Fargo the creator of Wasteland, fallout1/2, etc has launched a successful bid for a sequel on kickstarter. Since the funding goal has been reached, new targets have been put forward. If 1.5...
What's the difference between a gangster and an online gamer.
For one its about the bling bling, for the other its about the ping ping.
I wouldn't be so sure. In every comment section which talks about the new Ubuntu, the overwhelming response is negative from past users. While they maybe attracting new users who are silent, but it...
I've used the beta in VM for the past month and i've gone from hating it, to getting used to it. Also have 10.10 on my laptop, which is perfectly fine as is. At least the full screen mode in 11.10...
I read that the bad grammar is on purpose to lull the victim into thinking they are smarter. Never got the logic myself, maybe it doesn't work anymore.
Writing this is the 11.10 beta in virtualbox. Have been using it for the past week to try and get myself used to it. Still find it annoying. Like the improvements to nautilus, I notice the difference...
