In fact Ubuntu advise me to install nvidia-driver-390 as it seems it's the latest compatible version for my Nvidia card.

Therefore I installed drivers as usual with sudo apt install...

when I install nvidia-cuda-toolkit, it goes to version 470 and remove nvidia-smi (v390). And if I install nvidia-utils-390 after I installed nvidia-cuda-toolkit, the toolkit is removed.
