What you did is fine; just say
if(dem != 0)
/*do dividing*/
else
/*output some sort of message*/
Thanks madcow that's pretty cool.
He has 10 kernel options just for 9.10, I think that's too much. And I've tried putting 9.10 on 4 computers that were more than 5 years old that just flat out did not work.
I would suggest downgrading to a more stable version such as 8.04 or 8.10 I have an IBM R40 that I tried loading up with Ubuntu 9.10 and it just flat out did not work; much like how yours is acting....
You made my night. Thank you!
Hello all,
I'm just wondering if any of you know how to view the assembler code after compiling C++ code with g++/gcc. I can't find information on this any where.

Have you tried a "sudo apt-get update" and "sudo apt-get upgrade"?
Just go to Places next to Applications and System and it will be listed there. When you click you will have to mount it and you will need SU privileges.
Oh yeah if it's a laptop it wouldn't be power supply. That is alot of information to go through!
Could be a power supply issue.
Sure thing. After the computer is completely off, turn it on, and it should say something like: "Press F12 to Enter BIOS", or something along those lines. Look for an Fkey some where on the...
HP's are good with Ubuntu! I've had two that I just plug in and it automatically downloads and installs drivers and works perfectly.
Is this a microsoft game or application? If so check out wine.
Try setting options in BIOS.
#include<iostream>
using namespace std;
int main()
{
int a[50];
int size = 0;
int search = 0;
int where = 0;
I know to start and stop the gnome display manager the command is:
