    Yes - raw data format ... in my case it is Sony ARW-files.
    I have installed:

    tumbler
    tumbler-common
    tumbler-plugins-extra

    but still I don't see the thumbnails.

    OK - still I think the configuration should be done in one place taking care of all fonts, all icons for all software that will be installed.

    I have installed Xubuntu 16.04.2 LTS desktop (64-bits) on my new ASUS ZenBook UX310UQ.
    The screen resolution is 3200x1800 but I have to go down to 1920x1080 ... otherwise everything is microscopic...
