I'm install mysql with apt-get install mysql-server mysql-cliebt5.1 on my ubuntu 9.10
to ser the root password I enter mysqladmin -u root password
I get ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user...
apparently I'm getting an error in running the install-extras.sh script in the 5th line is the php4-cli package name and it fails. even changing it to 5 fails. Please help to clarafy this.

Hi have you tried WINE? TO RUN WINDOWS PROGRAMES ON UBUNTU? i USE IT TO RUN THE STARCRAFT DEMO FOR WINDOWS. TRY IT ITS OPEN SOURCE.
