Oh, I missed that. I thought it's x86_64 only because .19 won't boot. .16 boots.

I don't understand why apt is showing me x86_64 kernel packages. It wants to upgrade my kernel to x86_64.

Firefox on Ubuntu is rubbish compare to its Windows counterpart because it's not built the same way. It's not optimised.
Check https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xulrunner-1.9/+bug/213708
I like the theme. Mind releasing it?
Firefox 3 should be using cairo, not pango. That said, the benchmark tests javascript, not font rendering.

The Windows version is PGO optimised. People will hate the Ubuntu version knowing that the Windows version is so much faster.
This was a test I did on Arch Linux using i686:
Firefox 3 Beta 3 on...
Mozilla:-)
The nightlies are PGO optimised. I guess it's up to me, yet again, to build the best firefox package.
I hate doing it because it takes 2 hours. PGO builds are abnormally slow to...
If you want to learn how to build it properly, check http://aur.archlinux.org/packages/firefox-spookyet/firefox-spookyet/
I'll do a build once I learn how to create debs. Pacman is idiot proof....
The Backporters build is crap. It's not build properly. Crappy fonts. Doesn't replace firefox 2.0. I'll probably do a build. I do the best build on Arch Linux.
...
Is it PGO optimised?

Hello. I'm new to linux and bash scripting, but I do have programming knowledge. I've been looking for an easy to use backup program for Ubuntu. I am yet to find one. I'm hopping for the time machine...
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade
0.8-35 works for me. both IP and port whitelisting. I have only tested OUT, not IN.
It's more secure to have the ports separated by protocol.
It's not confusing for those that understand the difference, but it is confusing when it isn't working.
You can even go further and...
I'll wait for it. Hopefully, you did not revert the IP whitelisting changes.
If you look at my atachments, you'll see that I have more ports and if you look at the status atachment, you'll see that they are not being added to the iptables.
WHITE_PORT_OUT="80 443 587 993...
I was not confused about the differences between TCP and UDP. It was just not working.
IP whitelisting is [now] working. Before, even though I saw the IP listed with the status command, it was...
I've attached the blocklist and conf file.
I can confirm that the LAN is in the blocklist in Bogon and EMC.
I can confirm that the IP address whitelists are ignored.
0.8-33 is not in the repository yet.
My problem is that local network my router is in the BOGON list and my NETWORK is in the EMC List.
Whitelisting IP addresses DOES NOT WORK.
I've tried
"192.168.10.0-192.168.10.255"...
I need it to not block my router and other computers on my local network. They are in the bogon list.
