  3. [ubuntu] Re: Sansa Clip: How to organize one's songs using Jaunty?

From the Sansa Forums. Maybe a trip there could help? I use Vista to manage my E280 and iPod video. All Linux can do is "stack" mp3s on a chip or hard drive that plays sounds. There is no true...
  4. [ubuntu] Re: Sansa Clip: How to organize one's songs using Jaunty?

Sansa players do not do "folders". Create play lists or sort them by genre.

Re: the good and the bad

There are only three areas I'm not thrilled about. 1. iPods are not fully supported. And Linux is not the OS for advanced any brand of MP3 portables 2. Flash is poor for most BigBox off the shelf...
  6. [ubuntu] Re: Installing Ubuntu on new computer without OS

Just put the disc in the drive, boot up, set the bios to read the CD/DVD as boot and have at it.
  7. Re: I need the secrets to window cleaning and detergent, for my small part time buusi

Advanced squeegeeing is the best way to prevent streaks. A professional window cleaner depends on his ability to use one. Too much soap also increases streaks.

[ubuntu] Re: How can i Help?

An "iTunes" style program that lets iPods be iPods and not basic mp3 players we can can only stack mp3s on. Linux has ignored the fact that 70 to 80 percent of all mp3 players in use are iPods.

[SOLVED] Re: my sansa m250 doesn't work with ubuntu

Did you try the Sansa Forums?

The best you can do with Linux and Sansa is just dreg and drop files.

    Forget Audible, and resume/bookmarking stuff.

Re: How to kill windows in one word

    Who pays for it?

I bet 50 to 70 percent of PC users can't even spell Linaxe, let alone have clue.

Years ago, both WalMart and BestBuy sold Linux computers right in their stores. And the...

    [ubuntu] Re: BIOS upgrade

Updating the BIOS is the best way to brick your computer, out side of throwing off a three story building.

And for 32 bit computers, 3.5 gigs of RAM is all that the machine will see.

  24. Re: How often do you change your background picture?

Never use background pictures. Change the color scheme to "blue" from "brown" and use a gray/blue background color.

I keep way too much stuff on my desktop and pictures just get in the way.
  25. [ubuntu] Re: Music Player with podcast and ipod support
