    Just pop into Synaptic, remove the flashplayer and then install Gnash.

    The only problem here is that you'll probably find sites that the Adobe flashplayer works better with than Gnash :/

    That bit is the Flash...

    It renders OK with Gnash, but flashplayer-nonfree gives it that box.

    Check your current network configuration from the Network Manager icon. If it is set to "roaming" you're good to go!

    Be interesting to know the glitches though as I've never had to reinstall...

    Assuming your cable modem has a dhcp server and you connect to it via a nice ethernet cable, everything will "Just Work" :)

    1. None really, especially as Windows doesn't boot! Just don't delete any system files ;-)

    Hm. The NVIDIA OpenGL Driver requires CPUs with SSE. Yours just has mmx :( You'll need a driver that was released before they took out support for CPUs without SSE... sometime around 2006?
