I have a Lenovo x220 with a Realtek RTL8188CE wireless card.
Things were working fine, but now I'm having problems with the wireless, seems to drop the connection, several times per minute.

The fix worked for me on ubuntu natty 11.04 (beta).
The seek bar was ok, then i installed the restricted codecs and it stopped working. I did that you suggested and it's working again.

this works for me:

## replace host IP for the host who will be receiving the video stream, and the port if that one is unavailable
gst-launch v4l2src ! video/x-raw-yuv,...
