A couple of days ago I added a few drives from an old system to my server and an issue i had a few years ago has come back, last time it went away on its own and i never did get to the bottom...

Any pointers, anyone?

I've tried the drive in a few different m/b sata ports now and they all seem to yield the same results, i get the same error relating to disk 5.

I have 3 other disks attached to the m/b controller...

Just tried this in Mint MATE version and the taskbar remains on the primary display when kodi is in fullscreen mode on the TV so appears to be a Cinnamon issue.

Is it a bug?

Wow now i see it in front of me i cant believe i didn't think of that, I had a play with something similar but was having a mental block and over thinking it, guess that comes with experience, loads...

You said you back up the above any chance you could explain the reason behind it please, still learning my way around this server and what i need to backup in case of a crash.

If I'm honest i haven't figured out what you mean by this yet still learning my way around bash but learning something new every day :)

My first though was to do exactly what you said about, pulling the individual reports for each drives, i just wondered if there was another way.

In the end i came up with...

I have a simple bash script that pulls the SMART data for all the drives in my server and picks out the key parts.

It stores the info in a temp file in the desired format and then uses that temp...

I take it no one has had this issue?

I have a server running Snapraid and Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS and it has been running without issues for ages.
