    [all variants] DNS Architecture Question

OK, Windoze bashing aside, what would be peoples best advice on providing DNS services on a mixed Windows 2003 AD and Linux network.
Most users are Windoze clients as are most servers, but there are...

    [ubuntu] Re: Copying user profile

    Jfreak,

  5. [ubuntu] Re: How do you setup a Mail Server with a Dynamic IP?

To be honest, in all practices you should not do this...for many reasons.
First off, the lag between you acquiring a new address and no-ip updating can be quite slow and that leaves the possibility...

  9. [ubuntu] Re: Can I run my own DNS to run alongside my web server...lol

OK, but what I was trying to get at was, are you just trying to get the DNS to resolve for your own clients on your network? In which case fine, or are you trying to get it to resolve for external...

  17. [ubuntu] Re: Can I run my own DNS to run alongside my web server...lol

  22. [ubuntu] Re: Apt-get Lockfile error 21 File is a directory (SOLVED)
