Very nice program, I think it would be a good idea to seperate the flash plugin from the java tho. I have Java SDK installed and when i select the plugins it also installs j2re. Just my opinion tho....
To make gdesklets use their xcompmgr for their transparency right click on the gdesklets icon and go to Configuration. Put a check in the box under Xcomposite support. Hope this helps.
