[SOLVED] Re: Hp Pavilion DV6 Wifi Issues

    Alright.

We will make a new file in that folder.

    Do this in a terminal:

    gksudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/intel_11n_disable.conf

"11n_disable=1" is a parameter for the "iwlagn" module

used by your wireless card. That option disables

wireless N which doesn't seem to work properly at the moment

    for intel...

[SOLVED] Re: Hp Pavilion DV6 Wifi Issues

No you don't have to downgrade

    to an earlier ubuntu version.

The info I gave you earlier with unloading

it here. It has been reported at launchpad.

You can have a look at it:

[SOLVED] Re: Hp Pavilion DV6 Wifi Issues

As I can see you have the "iwlagn" module loaded

for your intel card and all seems good at that end.
