[ubuntu] Re: i can't login in ubuntu 12.04 LTS.

I have an idea. If you have any files that you need to retrieve, I recommend that you boot up via a live cd and retrieve the files if possible, then do a reinstall, I've heard that can work, it would...

Re: Cinnamon not working on Ubuntu 12.04

FIXED! I had to reinstall cinnamon in its entirety, I believe the update through update manager messed it up.
For future people who may have this issue, try this and reboot:

Please post what 'based off' distros they work with, just to help certain people here know, and list any issues implying there are any.
  12. I made some scripts for everyone's convenience!

I made a couple of simple installation scripts to install some programs, one is to install either Oracle Java or Open JDK, and the other is to install Skype 4.0, which a lot of people like!

    [gnome] Re: Backtrack 5r3

There should be a section where you can make the VM recognize the adapter. I think it is in one of the menu bar areas.
  14. Re: Using Xubuntu for 8 months, but scared of the Terminal, is that normal?

  15. Re: Using Xubuntu for 8 months, but scared of the Terminal, is that normal?

    Re: Smartwatches

I'm really uneased about Apple doing a Smart watch, it'll probably end up a novelty if not done right. I can't really say if I would like to see a Ubuntu smart watch until I see how Apple does with...

  19. Re: How to make Cairo Dock the width of the screen? (And other questions.)

I'm switching from Docky due to it's hardware usage. Unless there's any way to reduce it's resource dependency.
  20. How to make Cairo Dock the width of the screen? (And other questions.)

Just got Cairo Dock after hearing that Docky is a real resource hog. I have a couple of questions in configuring the dock.
How can I make the dock the width of the screen like Docky? (Really liked...
