    If you don't dual boot, you can also move your whole /home into the second drive ...effectively moving your 'stuff' separate from the OS or root.

    The first command installs lilo (a bootloader) into your MBR ... effectively overwriting GRUB. You want to revert your system back to original windows and it's bootloader.
