Well I didnt get any solution for the errors of ./configure command.
But got a woraround for removing the LAG!!!
Cool! After searchin since 4-5 months and reinstallin for 2-3 tmes coz of this bug....

WOHOa!!! I found a solution!!! Workin very well for me...No VLC lag now..no maximizing lag!!!! Cool!!!

I installed Ubuntu to find that it doesnt support my ATI Mob.Radeon 3460 too well.
I tried on the internet and found a guy who solved his problem well :...

Dude, The visual effects is working just fine.
But my battery backup has suffered.
In Windows it comes to around 2 hrs and a bit more ( with aero and all effects)
while in Ubuntu its 1 hr 20 min...
