I'd do a clean install of Lubuntu and go from there. Wubi can run into problems and has not worked for me very many times.

Did you try to use the latest drivers? I updated my netbook to the latest Ubuntu 13.04 and it took care of the display issues.
Is this Ubuntu software center? or lubuntu software center?
What teamviewer do you have installed? I have both 7 and 8 installed after experiencing the same problems.

Use 12.04 Lubuntu and install the latest AMD drivers. If your worried about being slow, uninstall slower programs and replace with lighter replacements. I always do, and makes a world of difference....
I'd install the xfce package for power manager for Xfce desktop, and added lxde's own volume control. It's something i've always done since the birth of Lubuntu.
I had similar errors, and have changed to document viewer as a result. I tried all the other pdf viewers, but found it the best for my use.
Why do you say that not found?
What are you looking to do with it? Specifics? Gaming? Minor web browsing?

Just install vanilla ubuntu and add the environment after and change things. My laptop doesn't support UEFI either. I tried several ways, but thats the only one that worked. Good luck!
