You have to install Ubuntu 9.10 and upgrade Alsa to 1.0.22.1

I've just found how to fix this bug:
in /usr/share/acpi-support/state-funcs file
change line 9 from
if [ -d $DEVICE/wireless ]; then
to
if [ -d $DEVICE/wireless ] || [ -d $DEVICE/phy80211...
