Ok, fixed.
"Window decoration" was disabled in compiz config.
I could say "problem solved" but I'd like to know what is causing this problem.

If I login with metacity session, desktop is not loaded and nothing is shown.

I think you have to install css on your system, I did it in this way (Ubuntu 10.04):
sudo /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/install-css.sh
