    [ubuntu] mysql and bacula temporal dependency

    I've noticed an odd issue with installing bacula on Ubuntu. If I install bacula and mysql at the same time, bacula's configuration is broken:

    apt-get installs but doesn't configure mysql-server...

    I've been going through the documentation on tar trying to figure out if there's a way from commandline to specifically extract an individual file from a tarball without having to extract everything....

    files: 5 ISOs, all approximately 700MB each, copying from portable HDD to my PC.

    Sequential/Synchronous: Select all 5 files, copy/paste: 2m, 19 seconds, +- 25MB/s
