Easystroke is not immediately intuitive, I had problems at first as well.
Open Easystroke, under Preferences tap on Gesture Button and select Button 1. This is allows you to use your finger touch...
I just installed the two-finger touch daemon and I have to say, YAY! :D
Now my T91MT does all I could ask for. A long wait for sure, all the while experimenting with various Linux distros and...

What model Fujitsu do you have?
Just encountered this problem with Jolicloud 1.1 running on my Fujitsu U810.
The fix worked!
Thanks so much for posting the solution!
I finally tried Maverick again - and now with the new touch and graphics drivers my t91mt is running quite well. So far, no random freeze ups and it is nice to have compiz and video playback.
The...
I have had freeze up problems with both Lucid and Maverick on my Fujitsu U810 and on my Asus T91MT. Both laptops require modified drivers to make the touchscreens work, and on the U810, the keyboard...

Hey, Thanks for posting your guide - but I was not able to compile the kernel. The 2 files in your instructions that are to be modified before the kernel is compiled are missing. Is something missing...
I can't wait to try this.
Because of the time required to compile the kernel - I'll probably have to wait till the weekend to give it a go.
I'll report my experiences after that.
I tried the updated driver with Maverick and it was still buggy. It doesn't seem to be quite ready for release yet. Some have suggested trying the driver with the visual effects turned off. System->...
All works fine now on my T730!
Thanks so much!
The same thing has happened to me with my T730 in both Lucid and Maverick RC. I have been in contact with the maintainer of the fjbtndrv driver, Robert Gerlach, and he knows there is a problem. He...
I realize this is an old thread, but I have recently decided to purchase a T730 which seems to have similar specs to the T900. I found a site which may be of help to you....
Check out this thread - posts 37 and 44 should get your touchscreen up and running. Although the thread is for the p1510 series the p1610 has similar hardware. I've used the instructions with Lucid...

Yes, I understand. It is comparable to Lucid incorporating wacom-tools into the xserver-xorg-input-wacom package.
My question is whether or not it is possible to install xrandr from another...
I recently purchased a used Fujitsu P1510D and immediately installed Ubuntu on it. Following instructions found in this thread http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=811200 (particularly #37 and...

Thanks for the link. Most helpful. I'll probably be a noob for the rest of my life - but I have found that I learn this stuff best by finding an old (or new) computer and working through the...
I would like to try something light such as DSL - But I might also try something like Peppermint OS. Have to check out it's minimum requirements.
I had an old Sony laptop that ran Intrepid pretty...
Thanks for your reply. I don't actually have the laptops in my hands yet. But I was researching on line and somewhere ran across a snippet that mentioned the bios not giving the option to boot from...
A couple of older Fujitsu B2630 laptops have come into my life. Neither have an OS installed on them and early research would imply that they won't boot from a DVD or USB drive. Other than removing...
