  7. [SOLVED] Re: Asus EeePC T91MT multitouch touchscreen [Lucid 10.04]

  8. [ubuntu] Re: Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid Lynx) Random Freeze / Hang-up

I have had freeze up problems with both Lucid and Maverick on my Fujitsu U810 and on my Asus T91MT. Both laptops require modified drivers to make the touchscreens work, and on the U810, the keyboard...
  9. [all variants] Re: [Howto] Asus T91MT and Ubuntu 10.10 (Maverick)

Yes, easystroke is great for getting around the missing right mouse click/long press when using the touchscreen.
  10. [all variants] Re: [Howto] Asus T91MT and Ubuntu 10.10 (Maverick)

A very good on screen keyboard is cellwriter. And a good note taking journal is xournal. Cellwriter has a handwriting recognition component as well. Both are in the default repositories.
  11. [SOLVED] Re: Asus EeePC T91MT multitouch touchscreen [Lucid 10.04]

Hey, Thanks for posting your guide - but I was not able to compile the kernel. The 2 files in your instructions that are to be modified before the kernel is compiled are missing. Is something missing...
  12. [all variants] Re: [Howto] Asus T91MT and Ubuntu 10.10 (Maverick)

I can't wait to try this.
Because of the time required to compile the kernel - I'll probably have to wait till the weekend to give it a go.
I'll report my experiences after that.
  13. [ubuntu] Re: fjbtndrv on Fujitsu T5010 Tablet PC on 10.10 Maverick

I tried the updated driver with Maverick and it was still buggy. It doesn't seem to be quite ready for release yet. Some have suggested trying the driver with the visual effects turned off. System->...

The same thing has happened to me with my T730 in both Lucid and Maverick RC. I have been in contact with the maintainer of the fjbtndrv driver, Robert Gerlach, and he knows there is a problem. He...
