I thought of that but because the audio is dialogue I didn't want to have the dialogue not match the movement of the mouths when adding it back. I may end up just doing it that way though.

Looks like you answer my question. The drive will be internal so if you are saying that an SSD doesn't operate faster then the connection/bus speed then any SSD will work.
