I started trying to download Request Tracker yesteryda on ubuntu 12.04, and was using this guide as my help. i got lost right before the PHP process, and am getting the error message...

im having another problem, my Ubuntu is not even connected to the internet, sigh this is a mess

thanks for the info, but im having a very difficult time trying to get this program to run. i installed request tracker, but no prompt or anything comes up after i installed.

arghhh sorry im fairly new to ubuntu and trying to learn the basics, but i downloaded all of the required packages and request tracker. How do i run it now?
