I never really did care for XFCE, maybe its all the Xfce libraries you have to install. IMHO LXDE + Openbox = best of both worlds. LXDE seems a lot more lightweight than XFCE.
The dragon and the snowy mountains look like Skyrim, but the rocks and the stream look hand painted. It could just be some fantasy art, or Skyrim player art.
