    Id also like to say this also works for me now too ! Its been quite a while, but you came thru with the gold on this.

    My numlock kb switch works, the LED goes on / off.. The enter key works, and so do the home / end and stuff.. BUT.. when i want a numberpad, the numbers DONT work. And the arrows mostly dont work...

    unfortunately, touchfreeze wont work for me :(

    I still get an error when i try to load up the touchpad GUI, about "SHMconfig must be 'true' in your xorg.conf", and i cant get gynaptics to load.....

    im curious.. EEEpc touch works fine with the extra functions, and they are elantech. Maybe the hardware ID isnt correctly being identified. So once new models are added to the list, everything...

    thats not a bad solution.. But i would still prefer it to disable only while i was typing. Would make like much easier.

    I think our hardware ID doesnt match the list that the driver has, so its not registering. Im not sure how to fix / add it.
