Just extract libflashplayer.so, and throw it in ~/.mozilla/firefox/plugins/ to install for only yourself, or as root, extract it to /usr/lib/firefox/plugins/ to install...
it is stramnge cuz you will get the same errors as you would get from firefox but it says iceweasel. I think extentions and themes have no clue it is different.
installed it by accident, works great, loving the uninstall option and it looks neato.
