Exactly the same, apport from the mobile unity UI.
It should have the same repositories whit nerly all libs. And all cli apps that can be compiled for ARMv7 should be avalible and working through...

Yes that would be possible as Ubuntu runs on the same kernel as Android.
Whetever Ubuntu will use the same partition cheme as Android or not we will (and are already) able to mount those partitions...
