    Repharse: So lets say the volume keys on my keyboard. They will only move the "master" collum. I do not use the "master" collum. I want the keyboard to move "master mono". Anyone know how to do this?

    When you have 1gb ram does it recognize 1.0gb or 0.8 gb? That would probably mean you are sharing memory with your video card( if you have one).

    My bad. The kernel panic happened on my other computer. Not this one. Anyways everything displays correctly in 12.04 Lubuntu and it has better visuals! I'll try that sub pixel thing in April 2013...

    I believe with VMware you can use your physical disk in a VM.

    You cannot access a computer when it is turned off and i believe you cannot access windows from ubuntu.
    Best thing you can do is take out the hard drive and connect it to your computer using a usb...
