Depends on your OS. 1080p flash runs perfectly on my Pentium 4 PC (3GHz) with 512MB RAM with WinXP installed.
After upgrading to ubuntu 12.04, Google chrome and Opera become unable to open any secured webpage (any https: site), though there is no such type of problem in case of un-encrypted (http: ) pages....
