    virtualbox-ext-pack is there in the repositories as well. You install that and you get everything.

    You could create a custom shell script that will launch your browser of choice (e.g. Firefox, Chromium, Chrome, ... or whatever it is you use) and then goes and wipes everything by itself...

    But why? All you need is openssh-server and nothing else. SFTP is a sub-protocol of SSH, any additional package or service is not needed at all.

    In that case "ppa-purge" hasn't done anything. All the potentially bad packages are still there.
    Re-add the PPA and then use "ppa-purge" so it can do its job.
