    Just a quick heads up. The problem is gone for me since I switched the AHCI mode.

    It could be pure coincidence for me. As I said this was pure trial and error.
    I have no idea if AHCI could actually be causing this...

    I did some trial and error and came across the BIOS setting "SATA controller working mode". I changed this from AHCI to Compatibility and the problem seems to be gone for now.
