    I would check a few things then:

    sudoedit /etc/xrdp/startwm.sh

    If all is not right here, it will fail.
    Also did you upgrade to 19.10, or is this a clean install?

    Just so you know, 19.04 is EOL and no longer supported.
    But for supported Versions 18.04 && 19.10, your install should go as follows:

    sudo apt install libdvdnav4 libdvdread4...
