Thank you for this, I've ran into this issue several times. Once I thought I'd lost my array, when all that had happened was booting with a thumb drive attached.
Again, thank you.
:guitar:
Ran updates today and it's working again!!!!
# find /lib/modules -name zfs.ko
/lib/modules/3.5.0-21-generic/updates/dkms/zfs.ko

bump ?
Unfortunately I'm not booting zfs, I'm just using it to house an array, so I don't really need grub-zfs
Unfortunately yes, but it fails as the file is not present..
modprobe zfs
FATAL: Module zfs not found.
I updated to 12.10 from 12.04 and the zfs module for the new version is missing.

Load the module manually by running 'insmod <location>/zfs.ko' as...

I've made some progress, turns out the directory I'm sharing is on a zfs array and the bind mount is happening before the zfs store is mounted, so the bind mount is an empty directory.
My question...
+1
Seems to be a lot of ppl online, so one more bump.
Also if this is related to NFS4 anyone know how to enable nfs3 as well, or is it already enabled?
If you don't already have it, I would recommend installing CompizConfig Settings Manager.
As for where to find how to's on compiz check their forums out.

I may be way off, but shouldn't it be
sudo ./vmware-install.pl
?
I should clarify, remove and re-setup the wireless on the XP machine, then both should work.
Remove the network on your desktop and re-add it then both machines will work. :)
I would use VLC in minimal view and full-screen on your tv/projector. Then you can drag the controls to the other screen, and have your playlist and controls on the display you look at and nothing...
Correct, I was referring to Google Chrome repo, should have clarified. And unticking old repos will fix his problem.
Yeah, I'm now getting the same thing, and it was working earlier today...

Have you tried to mount it from the command line?
sudo mount -o loop -t iso9660 /path/to/iso /empty/folder/to/mount/in
If it's not 9660 do you know what type it is?
Never heard of it, looks interesting though...
Try this?
