Hi all,
I installed Ubuntu 10.04-netbook-i386 on a new Acer Aspire One D260, and found that the ethernet driver was not included. I've followed directions here and here, but I seem to be running...
I got his error as well. The commands you posted subsequently didn't work for me - can you explain what you were doing, exactly?
