Since i upgraded to Kubuntu 16.04 i got a issue, that on Kdialog's (File Open) in different Apps like Chrome, Libreoffice the layout of file dialog is not like system standard...

i also have this problem. I run manually /opt/devolo/dlancockpit/bin/dlancockpit-run.sh and i only see the task-bar entry, but no program window.

Any hints are welcome

as on natty i had emgd-dkms installed.. i needed to purge it and remove...

added ppa:lucazade/ppa
and "sudo apt-get install xorg-emgd emgd-dkms"

seems to work.. but only with a resolution of "1024*600" instead of "1366x768"...
