I could only find the usually offered installer.

[ubuntu] Re: New installer ready for test

Miners in the UK used to take a caged canary down with them. If there was gas the bird would stop singing and fall off its perch. [no need for monty python fish jokes here]

[SOLVED] getting my backup script to run at shutdown

At this time I am running Kubuntu 15.04 on a desktop PC, UEFI/GPT amd64. I've been managing tolerably well, for quite a number of years, without Mac or Msoft.

[SOLVED] Re: iso's preprocessing and isohybrids

Just to add a little complication to the issue - Gparted live is also provided as a zip file. Using this and something very similar to your method above does indeed provide a working object.

[SOLVED] Re: iso's preprocessing and isohybrids

Using isohybrid (from syslinux-utils) with various expert options such as --uefi, used on a standard iso file might achieve the target, but I am, as I said, well out of my depth.

  19. Re: Is Anyone Else Having RuneScape Problems In 9.04?
