Ah, sorry. The latest ones are the lowest numbers I guess. Anyway, under access.log, I've got this (by browsing to 127.0.0.1 on links):

There are many logs in /var/log/apache2, error logs higher than error.log.1 being in .gz format. I assume the latest, error.log.12.gz is the important one here?
Sorry, still somewhat new to the world of servers. Where are the logs stored? Also, would you possibly know how to copy over phpbb data? I'm thinking of migrating this server to something a bit more...
Actually I don't have any infractions and very few of my threads have been closed, but that's just because of self limitations on what I post. I really have grown to hate doing that as opposed to...
Well, I've basically had it with ubuntu forums- a private message from a mod about my signature pushed me over the top.
The main reason I'm quitting is, you guessed it, rather bad moderation. No...
Doubt it- the majority of graphics cards are only capable of dual monitors. And yeah, it'd slow it down by a lot even if it did work. Intel graphics are terrible.
I don't think it's the default Gnome 3 font- it looks great on arch.
Can't attest to ubuntu, but arch 64-bit is smooth. I'm guessing ubuntu would be even better.
Oncoming thread closure aside, why can't we feed poor people and go to space at the same time? The budget for space travel is close to a rounding error, but we've got hundreds of billions of dollars...
I was thinking of picking up a quad core/8 thread i7 for about 300$, and keeping my GPU instead. The overclocking potential.. 4.5GHz on air.
It's been a few months, but I did do a full flash player re-install (dragged libflashplayer.so to the proper place). As for why I don't use flash aid, this bug persists among all linux distributions...
I know, I know, I post a hardware question thread nearly every week. But I've got another. I've read a lot of good things about sandy bridge architecture intel CPUs lately, and I wanted to ask people...
Crossfiring an AMD graphics card with on board video should do the trick. Or SLI nvidia cards, but that's expensive.
If minecraft had been written in C or C++, it'd be playable on just about anything with a CPU. And yeah, I agree that python would probably have it run circles around the java client, not to mention...
I think that deserves this:

There is no excuse....
Gnome shell, maybe, but unity? Why don't you like KDE out of curiosity?
That and possibly that dwarf fortress has no multithreading capabilities. It's like I upgraded to a pentium D for nothing! ;)
Babump.
Tell us what programs/games that are extremely heavy in spite of what you'd think. Exhibit A: Dwarf Fortress. Morrowind, quake 4, Urban Terror, none of them can touch my CPU and GPU fans. I start up...
I always liked KDE's widget system, but I change desktop environments like I change clothes, so I'm back on gnome shell.
I can and am connected via ssh, apache mysql and php are running. As for the updates, I just typed "apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade". It was about a month out of date, maverick, and I also...
I ran an update on ubuntu server today, and after a long install process, it spat out an error, telling me to run "sudo dpkg --configure -a". After I ran that command, I was no longer able to access...
Yup, that will totally ruin the experience of anyone using an nvidia graphics card, which I daresay, is most of us. Not to mention those of us without 3D acceleration. Or if AMD/Intel don't support...

Introduced me to life below 450MHz :D.
A sandy bridge architecture i5 is probably going to beat a lower end first generation i7, a sandy bridge i7 has little competition from AMD until bulldozer comes out. Unless you're doing hardcore CPU...
